Airport comes to standstill to honor children of fallen soldiers

This week, the Gary Sinise Foundation and American Airlines teamed up to send more than 100 children who had lost a parent in combat from Nashville to Disney World.

As the kids were getting ready to board the plane, the foundation held a small ceremony, which included a soloist singing the national anthem. According to a woman who filmed the moment for Facebook, passersby stopped on their way to their own flights, military members saluted and the concourse came to a standstill to honor the families.
