Sometimes we get nervous!  Do you get anxiety from that sometimes? It could be for a job interview, a talk with a loved one, or even a situation at work, the list goes on!  I know that when I start to stress out, sometimes it can spiral into anxiety and oh boy!  Here we go!  Thank God that He is teaching me ways to deal with it, sending me people and scripture to help me get through!  There are good days and bad days, but I feel God is showing me how to get a grip on it these days.  

I got this in my e mail this week and I thought I would share it with you!  It may encourage you on those nervous days!  It is from "Crossroadscareer.org" They call it "the pyramid of peace," and suggest climbing it everyday!

Memorize Positive, Affirming Messages

If You Have A Problem, Seek Good Counsel

Before Bed, Drain Your Brain of Negative Thoughts

When You Wake, Fill Your Mind with Very Positive Words

"Exercise your personal power, love and sound judgement. Say ten times to yourself that you can conquer and do all things through Christ Who loves and strengthens you. Remember that His perfect love casts out fear. Think about how you can help those around you. You can convert jitters into giant steps.
