Sometimes we get nervous! Do you get anxiety from that sometimes? It could be for a job interview, a talk with a loved one, or even a situation at work, the list goes on! I know that when I start to stress out, sometimes it can spiral into anxiety and oh boy! Here we go! Thank God that He is teaching me ways to deal with it, sending me people and scripture to help me get through! There are good days and bad days, but I feel God is showing me how to get a grip on it these days.
